How Long?
Items must be returned 20 days from the date of your purchase. Returns made after 20 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided. All items are inspected before shipping to avoid any damaged items sent out.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must email lunafulboutique@yahoo.com to get the process started.
Return Conditions
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, beauty products, underwear and accessories.

Shipping
PROCESSING takes 1-3 days.
For STANDARD SHIPPING - EST delivery time is 3-5 days after shipping.
We offer LOCAL DELIVERY in the Houston Area within a 19 mi Radius of Downtown Houston.
(It will only work if you are in Houston and cut off time is 2PM for this option to be delivered the same day before 9PM.)
